Refund & Return Policy

At Orviabase, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags must still be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Orviabase will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
